I feel your frustration however no one will ever be able to get all potential guests to read ads, people are just too lazy to read through it (I hope it isn't that they can't read!).  I personally like when a guest asks specific questions about the area, even if it is on my ad, because it means they are probably taking the time to make sure my home is the right place for them.  The mass emails will probably never stop but at least it means that people are looking at VRs and going on vacations.
